Hey folks,

Well today is my first day of blogging. I love to cook. I am by no means classically trained nor do I have any formal education in culinary art, but I still love to cook! I'm not sure when this happened, but it may have something to do with me working along chefs and stuff. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my blog.
