Lamb medallions with balsamic reduction!

OMG

THIS recipie was soo good! I used 12 year aged balsamic and chicken broth to make a reduction sauce. I added shallots, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper and butter and OMGEE! I can't wait to make this again!

This recipie was so light and crisp. I added a little panko and doubled up on the paprika. Will make again.
