Lamb medallions with balsamic reduction!

OMG

THIS recipie was soo good! I used 12 year aged balsamic and chicken broth to make a reduction sauce. I added shallots, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper and butter and OMGEE! I can't wait to make this again!

This recipie was so light and crisp. I added a little panko and doubled up on the paprika. Will make again.

Tuna with Wasabi Mashers. Hotel 43 in Boise Idaho. Very tasty, mashers had too much Wasabi though.

Fries at the new restaurant "Black Pig." I think they were cooked in Duck fat. The menu is rustic French. I didn't get an entree. They have great wine specials for happy hour.
