It's been a while, but I've just been so busy and didn't have time to take pictures. BUT, I did make a delicious dinner last night!! I made jerk shrimp atop sticky rice. I used the Whole Foods (365) brand of "Jerk Seasoning, Whole Foods (365) "Jamaican Allspice" fresh garlic, fresh scallions, and a white onion. I had about 15 small scampi's, so I de-shelled them, and sautéed them in 1 tsp of butter, and 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil. I also used kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and more fresh garlic. After the shrimp were done, I mixed in the scallions and onion that I sautéed. This was my first time cooking sticky rice at home, it came out really well, the only problem was the pot that I used, it always sticks!! Anyway, after the food was done, I took about two serving spoon fulls of rice, and put the shrimp on top, it was sooooo good!
