Potato Nacho's
















OMGEE, So Fahrenheit was soo good! The highlight was the potato nachos. They basically had home-made potato chips with scallions, herbs and olive oil drizzle with cream. They are definitely worth going back for. What I especially liked about my food was their use of salt, everyone knows I love my food...um..seasoned very well, and they got an A+ on that. For my entree I had lobster mac & cheese. It was pretty good, the pasta was al dente, and the cheese sauce was tasty and had a smooth texture and consistency. I think they used goat cheese which was different and added extra flavor. The cheese sauce could have used a little more cheese, but it was good nevertheless. There was not enough lobster in my humble opinion, but hey. The sun dried tomatoes gave it a different spin. I probably wouldn't order it again.
